We are seeking an ambitious and driven individual to spearhead outbound outreach, lead qualification, and discovery call scheduling as a key member of our sales team.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in research, crafting compelling messages, and enabling the sales team with better-qualified leads.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead Discovery & Qualification
    • Bulk-targeted lists via AI-driven tools, event invitations, and other sources
    • In-depth research on ideal accounts and decision-makers
    • Execute outbound campaigns via email, WhatsApp, and calls
    • Qualify prospects using rigorous frameworks such as BANT
  • Stakeholder Engagement
    • Initiate conversations and build interest in our products
    • Effectively position our offerings in short interactions
    • Handover qualified leads to sales team with comprehensive context
  • Sales Enablement
    • Create email templates, outreach flows, case studies, and FAQs
    • Support marketing team with pre-sales collateral
    • Capture learnings and continuously improve messaging & targeting
  • Early Inbound Lead Response
    • Respond to inbound leads (website referrals, etc.)
    • Assess intent quickly and initiate the qualification process

  • Have 1–3 years of experience in B2B research, pre-sales, or sales
  • Enjoy engaging with new people daily
  • Write clear and convincing messages
  • Thrives in execution-heavy roles with daily targets
  • Are curious about industrial / infrastructure ecosystems
  • Comfortable using AI tools for better outreach
