Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive business growth and pipeline expansion through strategic sales planning.
  • Conduct needs assessments and risk analyses to identify opportunities for insurance solutions, utilizing expertise in corporate insurance sales or broking.
  • Design and present tailored broking proposals to clients, leveraging underwriting collaborations and domain knowledge.
  • Negotiate agreements with corporate decision-makers, ensuring favorable terms and meeting contract KPIs and revenue objectives.
  • Maintain key client relationships, providing advisory services and identifying opportunities for upsell.

Requirements:

  • 5-15 years of experience in corporate insurance sales or broking, with a strong understanding of broking dynamics and underwriting collaborations.
  • Consistently exceed sales targets, close large accounts, and establish strong client networks and industry contacts.
  • Familiarity with financial/broking software and sales analytics tools, with a willingness to travel for client engagement and expansion activities.
