Drive Commercial Success

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate to support all components of incentive compensation design and implementation. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with clients to deliver the IC plan that drives desirable behavior and produces performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with cross-functional teams for goal setting, IC design, and implementation of effective incentive compensation admin processes for the sales field.
  • Analyze sales data using advanced Excel skills to evaluate performance metrics and generate insightful reports for sales operations and management.
  • Assist in call planning and targeting strategies by leveraging data-driven insights to optimize sales force effectiveness.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in commercial operations to identify opportunities for process improvements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in commercial operations within the pharmaceutical industry, with a focus on IC design and operations or call plan and targeting.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting purposes.
  • Knowledge of call planning and targeting methodologies to optimize sales force effectiveness.
  • Sound understanding of IC plans and admin concepts, Goal Setting, and IC Health Check.
  • Experience with sales force automation tools and systems.
  • Good understanding of pharmaceutical industry regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills.
  • Proactive, highly motivated, and good work ethic.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities.

Desirable Skills:

  • Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools.
  • Experience with data blending and advanced analytics.
  • Familiarity with statistical analysis and modeling techniques.
