Job Title:

Academic Leadership Position

Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Academic Leader to drive excellence in our Faculty.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure efficient conduct of classes, examinations, and technical training programs.
  • Foster innovation and research, strengthen industry partnerships, and promote international collaborations and exchange programs.
  • Provide guidance to Heads of Departments and teachers in designing timetables.
  • Oversee timely preparation and distribution of information among students.
  • Serve as single point of contact for enrollment generation process.
  • Update institutional data on university website and MIS.
  • Conduct regular meetings with staff to understand challenges and explore solutions.
  • Hold periodic meetings with students to gather feedback and explore avenues for continuous improvement.
  • Assist Principal and Dean in preparing for expert committee visits.
  • Organize training programs, workshops, seminars, and symposiums.
  • Collaborate with Admissions Cell to organize career awareness seminars.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Ph.D. degree.
  • Professor/Associate Professor with 15 years of teaching/research/administration experience in Universities, Colleges, and other institutions of higher education.

  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.

  • Principal and Dean of respective faculty.
  • Heads of Departments and teachers.
  • Staff and students.

  • Ability to analyze and solve complex problems.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in academic administration and leadership.
