Pilates Instructor

We are seeking a passionate and motivated Pilates instructor to join our team. If you have a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service and helping clients achieve their fitness goals, this could be the ideal role for you.

About the Role:

As a Pilates instructor with us, you will be responsible for teaching classes of varying duration, from 45 minutes to 1 hour 30 minutes, as well as offering one-on-one sessions or small group classes. You will need to promote the benefits of Pilates and overall general health benefits of exercise, while also ensuring the safety of all clients by conducting verbal screenings and advising them on what to do if they have any health concerns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Teach Pilates classes to groups of mixed ability, catering for varying needs within a class and offering adaptations, progressions, and modifications as necessary.
  • Create a welcoming environment that puts clients at ease, encouraging client retention through building rapport and understanding their goals.
  • Engage class participants and provide variety in class by using different Pilates methods and equipment.
