We're seeking an expert in business data management to strengthen our outreach, optimize database performance, and build connections with potential partners and clients.

Main Responsibilities
  • Gather, organize, and maintain accurate databases of retailers, distributors, and marketplace contacts for effective sales tracking.
  • Maintain up-to-date CRM / Excel sheets / databases with precise information to support strategic decision-making.
  • Categorize leads into segments (potential clients, follow-ups, closed, etc.) for efficient lead conversion monitoring.
  • Analyze and generate reports on lead conversion, outreach performance, and database growth to drive business expansion.
Cold Calling & Outreach Strategy
  • Initiate cold calls to potential retail partners, distributors, and B2B clients to introduce our products and services.
  • Qualify leads and arrange meetings with the Sales/Business Development team to maximize conversions.
  • Engage prospects through phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp to foster strong relationships and achieve sales goals.
Collaboration & Feedback
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align on outreach strategy and ensure cohesive communication.
  • Share valuable feedback from clients and prospects to improve product offerings and enhance customer experience.
