We are seeking a skilled IT Infrastructure Sourcing Specialist to drive end-to-end sourcing for large-scale roles. The successful candidate will have 5+ years of experience in talent sourcing, specifically in IT Infra hiring, and proven ability to manage high-volume mandates and tight turnarounds.

The ideal candidate will possess mastery of Boolean search and hands-on experience with ATS, sourcing tools, and CRM platforms. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are also essential.

Responsibilities include:

  • Driving end-to-end sourcing for large-scale roles
  • Using job boards, ATS, and creative sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive talent
  • Building strong pipelines for current and future hiring needs in the IT services landscape
  • Working closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role priorities and deliver on aggressive timelines
  • Screening candidates for skills, cultural fit, and compensation alignment
  • Tracking, analyzing, and improving sourcing performance using data and insights
