Virtual Event Specialist

We're seeking a highly organized and creative Virtual Event Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering exceptional virtual event experiences that align with our business objectives. This role involves developing comprehensive event plans, identifying target audiences, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure high-quality content.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop a robust virtual event strategy that aligns with our marketing goals and sales objectives.
  • Identify key stakeholders and create relevant, engaging virtual event topics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to secure subject matter experts and ensure seamless content delivery.
  • Manage the technical aspects of virtual events, including platform setup, audiovisual coordination, and troubleshooting.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the marketing team to synchronize virtual event themes with campaigns and goals.
  • Collaborate with product marketing team to develop webinars that highlight key features and value propositions.

Marketing and Promotion:

  • Coordinate with marketing teams to create promotional materials, email campaigns, and social media content to maximize virtual event attendance.
  • Leverage analytics tools to track and optimize promotional efforts.

Reporting & Optimization:

  • Monitor attendance, engagement, and feedback to measure virtual event success.
  • Generate regular performance reports for internal stakeholders.
  • Continuously improve virtual event content, format, and delivery based on audience feedback and data insights.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • 2+ years of experience in virtual event management or digital marketing.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Familiarity with virtual event platforms (e.g., ON24) and marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
