About the Role
As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial part in delivering exceptional service to our customers. You will be responsible for partnering with our Lifecycle Services organization, focusing on technical knowledge and customer engagement.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Hold detailed knowledge of DCS, PLC, Asset Management systems, RTU, SCADA.
  • Prior experience in dealing with power plant customers, power plant automation concepts, and appropriate interpretation of requirements.
  • Owning individual bookings, regions, target, and responsible for installed base sales, KOB 3, for East Region and Bangladesh.
  • Actively engage with IBS sales teams to target existing customers with various solution offerings.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering.
  • A minimum of 3-8 years of relevant work experience in Lifecycle Service at install base customers.
  • Excellent knowledge of at least one Distributed Control System.
  • Hands-on experience of commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting on OVATION DCS.
  • Knowledge of preventive maintenance on DCS, PLC.
  • Proficient in PC skills and application software like MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio.
  • Understanding of project life cycle from concept to commissioning.
  • Ability to effectively interact with all levels of the organization to meet milestones.
  • Confidence and interpersonal communication skills to work and influence at all levels.
  • Experience of working in matrix organizations.
