About This Job:
  • We're seeking an experienced cybersecurity professional to join our team as a Senior Technical Support Engineer for AI Access Security and SaaS Security.

This position will involve providing advanced technical support, troubleshooting complex issues, and offering best practices to optimize security solutions. You'll be the senior escalation point for our AI Access Security solution, guiding customers through the complexities of GenAI app adoption.

In this role, you'll address the challenges of securing SaaS applications in the cloud using our integrated Cloud Access Security Broker (CASB) solution. With 8+ years of experience in a technical support engineer role, you'll shape the future of cybersecurity with your expertise in network security technologies, Remote Access VPN solutions, IPSEC, PKI & SSL, TCP/IP, and Authentication Protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide advanced technical support to customers and partners for AI Access Security and SaaS Security.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to GenAI apps and SaaS application security.
  • Offer best practices and configurations to optimize security solutions.
  • Work as a Subject Matter Expert for our CASB solution to address SaaS application security challenges in the cloud.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in a technical support engineer role.
  • Expertise in network security technologies, Remote Access VPN solutions, IPSEC, PKI & SSL, TCP/IP, and Authentication Protocols.
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide expert-level support.
