The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, and making strategic decisions that align with our business objectives.

  • Required:
  • 7+ years experience as Branch Manager or Senior Sales/BD Role
  • 5+ years experience in the Elevator industry with leading companies like Otis/Kone/Schindler/TKE/Johnson
  • Ability to understand engineering drawings
  • Strong business development and strategic planning skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering

Compensation Package:

We offer a competitive salary range of 12-15 lpa, along with a lucrative variable component.
