Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a seasoned professional for our Planning (Formulations) team. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in formulation plant planning and budgeting, with a strong background in SAP operations and advanced Excel.

  • Assist in annual financial analysis and monitoring against actuals
  • Support the S&OP process and align production schedules for three formulation plants in India
  • Verify monthly resource execution based on plan for formulation plants
  • Analyze production planning based on open orders
  • Participate in 'At Risk' meetings with the US team to reduce product numbers in At Risk
  • Develop plans to reduce air shipments based on priority
  • Monitor production and despatches daily against plan
  • Reconcile POs with customers
  • Obtain MOD from the US and share with plants for despatches
  • Monitor sales and customer demand on a monthly/quarterly/yearly basis
  • Manage project timelines for tech transfer, launch, and commercialization of products
  • Generate fortnightly sales reports and track manufacturing against line plans
  • Provide captive API requirements to the API team and track despatches
  • Continuously monitor Demand vs Forecast vs Actuals
  • Oversee material procurement based on demand from various markets
  • Supervise day-to-day operations including materials planning, purchasing, manufacturing, release, dispatch & delivery
  • Develop a supply chain dashboard using Power BI and provide MIS reports as required
Requirements:
  • Hands-on experience in planning and budgeting activities in formulation plants
  • Experience in manufacturing line planning for Solid oral & injectable
  • Knowledge of formulation manufacturing
  • Strong SAP operation and Advance Excel skills
  • Proactive approach to internal and external queries
  • Excellent coordination skills
  • Ability to pivot and try new approaches when faced with challenges
  • High standards of business ethics
  • Optimize to handle complexity
  • Very Good communication skills

Responsibilities:
