Job Title: Executive - Planning (Formulations)

As a seasoned executive, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the formulation process for our company. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving growth and efficiency across three formulation plants based in India.

  • Assist in annual budgeting and analysis, monitoring actuals to ensure optimal resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with the US team on Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process to drive strategic decision-making.
  • Align production schedules for the three formulation plants to guarantee seamless supply chains.
  • Execute monthly resource verification according to plan, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  • Develop and implement strategies to reduce air shipments based on priority.
  • Monitor production and dispatches daily, aligning with established plans to maximize efficiency.
  • Perform PO reconciliation with customers to maintain accurate records.
  • Obtain MOD approvals from the US and disseminate information to plant teams for prompt execution.
  • Monitor sales and customer demand on a quarterly and yearly basis to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • 5-10 years of experience in formulation planning or a related field.
  • B.Sc./B.Pharm or M.Sc./M.Pharm degree in a relevant field.
