Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in annual budget analysis and monitor against actuals.
  • Contribute to the sales & operations planning process.
  • Align production schedules for three formulation plants based in India to ensure smooth supplies.
  • Execute monthly resource verification based on plan for formulation plants.
  • Analyze production planning based on open orders.
  • Participate in 'At Risk' meetings with the US team to minimize products in At Risk.
  • Develop a plan to reduce air shipments based on priority.
  • Monitor daily production and despatches in line with the plan.
  • Perform PO reconciliation with customers.
  • Obtain MOD from the US and share it with the plant, ensuring timely despatches.
  • Meet sales and customer demand targets on a monthly/quarterly/yearly basis.
  • Oversee project management to achieve timely technology implementation.

Essential Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor of Science/Bachelor of Pharmacy or Master of Science/Master of Pharmacy degree.

Required Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
