We are seeking a highly skilled Executive specializing in Chemical and Formulation Development to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product development and a passion for innovation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the research and development of chemical products, focusing on emulsions and lubricants.
  • Analyze and interpret data to drive product innovation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring new products from concept to market.
  • Develop and optimize formulations for various applications and performance requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3-8 years of experience in R&D for chemical products, preferably in formulation development.
  • Strong knowledge of formulation chemistry and product development processes.
  • Familiarity with analytical techniques such as GC, HPLC, and rheology testing.
  • Proficiency in using software for data analysis and simulation (e.g., MATLAB, ChemCAD).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
