Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Formulations Planning Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the formulation planning function, ensuring smooth supplies, and achieving sales and customer demand.

">Key Responsibilities:">

  • Develop and implement annual budget and analysis plans to monitor against actuals.">
  • Assist in the S&OP process, aligning production schedules for three formulation plants based in India.">
  • Monitor production and despatches on a daily basis, ensuring adherence to the plan.">
  • Reconcile POs with customers, obtain MODs from the US, and share with plants to ensure despatches.">
  • Track manufacturing against line plans, generate fortnightly sales reports, and provide daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports as required.">
  • Supervise material procurement based on demand received from various markets.">

  • Hands-on experience in handling planning and budgeting activities in formulation plants.">
  • Experience in manufacturing line planning for solid oral and injectable products.">
  • Knowledge of formulation manufacturing and SAP operations.">
