Job Role:
Financial Planning and Analysis AssociateThe ideal candidate will support the team in financial planning and analysis, ensuring accurate and timely reporting. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze data, identify trends, and develop strategic recommendations.
Responsibilities include:
- Financial Reporting: Prepare periodic expense and headcount reports, highlighting key variances and anomalies.
- Analysis and Insights: Conduct variance analysis, identifying areas of improvement and recommending process enhancements.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with divisional FP&A teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment.
- Process Improvement: Work on simplification and automation projects to optimize business processes.
- Planning and Strategy: Aid in formulating annual operational planning process (AOP) and strategic planning process (STRAP).
Requirements:
- Education: Chartered Accountant or MBA degree with 2-4 years of post-qualification experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems, with knowledge of Hyperion planning a plus.

- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret complex data.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Time Management: Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a matrix organization, meeting deadlines and delivering results.
