Accounting Professional

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical accounting professional to join our finance team. The role primarily focuses on revenue accounting, bank reconciliation, and supporting month-end close processes.

  • Ensure accurate revenue recognition and accounting in compliance with US GAAP/applicable accounting standards.
  • Prepare and submit general ledger entries with supporting documentation.
  • Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations, identifying and resolving variances.
  • Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities, including journal entries and accruals.
  • Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Support audit processes by preparing the required schedules and documentation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure proper recording of financial transactions.
  • Analyze and interpret financial data to support reporting and decision-making.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years proven working experience in accounting domain.
  • Understanding of basic principles of finance, accounting, and bookkeeping.
  • Strong technology skills are critical, with expertise in Microsoft Excel.
  • Familiarity with Sage Intacct is an asset.
  • Flexibility to work in UK/US time zone.
  • Prior experience working with third-party clients.
  • Experience managing project work with tight deadlines and working in a fast-paced environment.
