Financial Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to manage financial operations across multiple entities within our organization.

This is a key role that oversees the preparation, review, and submission of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP/IFRS standards. The successful candidate will ensure timely and accurate consolidation of financials across subsidiaries, maintain compliance with local, regional, and international accounting standards and regulatory requirements, and coordinate external audits and statutory filings.

  • About the Role:
  • Achieve accuracy and efficiency in financial reporting through process improvements, system enhancements, and automation initiatives.
  • Ensure data integrity and transparency by maintaining internal control frameworks, conducting regular audits, and implementing best practices for risk management.
  • Develop and enforce consistent accounting policies and procedures across entities, driving standardization and scalability.
  • Mentor and lead a team of accountants and financial analysts, promoting growth and development within the department.
  • Support strategic planning and financial modeling for new initiatives and expansions, providing insights to senior leadership.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 6-10 years of experience in managing entities across different geographies and currencies.
  • Familiarity with transfer pricing, intercompany transactions, and tax structuring.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with shifting priorities.
  • CA/CPA certifications are essential.
