About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable professional to manage financial records, handle daily accounting operations, and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate books of accounts using Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or equivalent.
  • Handle day-to-day accounting entries: receipts, payments, sales, purchases, and journal entries.
  • Prepare and reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and customer accounts.
  • Manage accounts payable & receivable.
  • Ensure timely GST, TDS, and other statutory filings in coordination with consultants.
  • Prepare monthly/quarterly financial reports for management.
  • Assist in budgeting, cash flow management, and MIS reporting.
  • Support documentation for property/land transactions, agreements, and legal filings (as required).
  • Coordinate with auditors, tax advisors, and other external agencies.

 

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance.
  • 2–15 years of accounting experience (real estate or related field preferred but not mandatory).
  • Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and accounting tools.
  • Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
  • Excellent organisational and record-keeping skills.
  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
