Key Responsibilities- ABAP Development: Strong proficiency in developing ABAP programs, including reports, forms (SAPscript, Smart Forms, Adobe Forms), and custom module development for HR functionalities.
- HR-Specific Development: Extensive experience in developing HR-specific ABAP applications, including Personality Administration, Organizational Management, Payroll, Time Management, Employee Self-Service, and Manager Self-Service.
- HCM Workflows: In-depth knowledge of HCM workflows, enhancements, and configurations to optimize HR business processes.
- OOP Development: Experience in developing ABAP Object-Oriented Programs (OOP) for efficient and scalable HR solutions.
- IDocs, BAPIs, and RFCs: Understanding of IDocs, BAPIs, and RFCs for seamless integration of HR data between systems.
- HR Module Configuration: Familiarity with configuration and functionalities of SAP HR modules.
- HR Business Processes: Comprehensive understanding of HR business processes, including employee data management, payroll processing, time management, recruitment, and employee engagement.
- SuccessFactors Integration: Knowledge of integrating SAP SuccessFactors is a plus for enhanced HR analytics and insights.
- Strong understanding of ABAP programming fundamentals.
