Job Title: Senior Cloud Service Support Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Cloud Service Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 cloud services and be able to provide expert-level technical support to customers.

The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting complex technical issues, providing solutions to customers, and working closely with internal teams to resolve customer queries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert-level technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat.
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues related to Microsoft 365 services.
  • Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer queries.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance the customer experience.
