Senior Cloud Transformation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Senior Cloud Transformation Specialist to help drive the transformation of our platforms through Infrastructure as Code (IaC), automated configuration management, and integrated observability. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in DevOps, solutions architecture, design, migration, and administration within Amazon Web Services.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join our team and contribute to the development of cutting-edge cloud solutions. As a Senior Cloud Transformation Specialist, you will work closely with our engineering team to automate workflows and processes across multiple AWS environments. You will be responsible for building and deploying scalable and secure cloud infrastructure using Terraform, YAML-based pipelines, and Microservices patterns.

Responsibilities
  • Design and implement IaC solutions using Terraform and YAML
  • Develop and deploy CI/CD pipelines for automation work products
  • Build SRE tools and dashboards for observability and compliance
  • Manage source control using GIT and participate in peer review processes
  • Assist in the development of processes and practices related to workload migration to AWS
  • Collaborate with product teams to recommend better cloud alignment
  • Help identify and document application and infrastructure enhancements to improve overall performance and client experiences
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 12 years of experience in DevOps or similar infrastructure-based roles
  • Strong understanding of DevOps practices and ability to work in a team
  • AWS working knowledge, preferably with Solutions Architect Associate or DevOps certification
  • Experience with infrastructure automation using Terraform
  • Knowledge of industry best practices around Information Security, Windows Operations, and AWS Public Cloud technologies
  • Good working knowledge of Azure DevOps, Kubernetes deployment and management, Ansible, source control, and scripting tools like YAML, PowerShell, and JSON
  • Basic understanding of Linux and strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
