Cloud Services Engineer

We are seeking a skilled professional to assume responsibility for managing and maintaining cloud-based infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with container orchestration, particularly in Azure environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement scalable cloud solutions using Kubernetes and Istio.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize deployment pipelines and improve overall system performance.
  • Develop and maintain best practices for security, scalability, and reliability in cloud environments.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to cloud services and infrastructure.
  • Provide training and support to team members on cloud technologies and tools.
Requirements
  • 5-10 years of experience in managing cloud infrastructure, specifically Azure.
  • Strong knowledge of containerization technologies, particularly Docker.
  • Experience with Kubernetes upgrades and migrations.
  • Familiarity with Istio service mesh, including installation, configuration, and upgrades.
  • Proficient in scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or PowerShell.
  • Understanding of cloud infrastructure and services, especially Azure.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD tools and methodologies.
  • Experience with monitoring tools for cloud services, such as Prometheus and Grafana.
