To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills and qualifications:

  • APM Monitoring Tools: You will need to have experience with APM monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, AppDynamics, and Grafana.">
  • Ticketing Tools: You will also need to have experience with ticketing tools like Service Now and Jira.">
  • SQL and Linux: Strong knowledge of SQL and Linux is essential for this role.">
  • Java: Basic understanding of Java is required.">
  • Incident Management Process: You will need to have a basic understanding of incident management process and lifecycle.">
  • SLA/KPIs: You will also need to have a basic understanding of SLA/KPIs.">
  • Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint: Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is required.">
  • Decision Making, Analytical, and Time Management Skills: You will need to have good decision-making, analytical, and time management skills.">
  • Multitasking Abilities: Multitasking abilities are essential for this role.">
