Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced System Administrator with strong expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Intune, Purview, and Windows platform management . The ideal candidate will bring a proactive approach to system support, security, and optimization, while ensuring seamless operation of on-premises and cloud-based infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

Microsoft 365 Administration

• Manage and maintain Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and related M365 services.
• Oversee user accounts, licenses, permissions, and security policies.
• Implement backup and recovery solutions for M365 data.

Windows Platform & Active Directory

• Administer Windows Server (2016/2019/2022) and Windows 10/11 workstations.
• Manage Active Directory (AD) and Group Policy configurations.
• Perform patching, updates, and troubleshooting of OS and apps.

Azure AD, Intune & Purview

• Manage user and group access in Azure AD , enforce MFA and Conditional Access policies.
• Administer Microsoft Intune for MDM/MAM, device compliance, and app deployment.
• Implement Microsoft Purview for data governance, compliance, and DLP strategies.

Security & Networking

• Perform vulnerability assessments, apply security patches, and maintain compliance.
• Troubleshoot LAN, WAN, VPN, DNS, DHCP, and firewall issues.
• Implement and maintain network security protocols.

CCTV & Video Conferencing

• Support and maintain office CCTV systems.
• Manage Zoom/Teams video conferencing systems and hardware setup.

General IT Support

• Provide end-user support and technical training.
• Monitor systems proactively to ensure uptime and performance.
• Document configurations, processes, and troubleshooting guides.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4–6+ years as a System Administrator or similar IT role.
• Strong expertise in M365, Azure AD, Intune, Purview, and Windows platform management .
• Proficiency with networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
• Experience with CCTV and video conferencing solutions.
• Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft Certifications (e.g., Azure Administrator Associate, Security/Compliance).
• Experience with PowerShell scripting or IT automation.
• Knowledge of Azure or AWS cloud platforms .
• Familiarity with secure print concepts and network printer integration.
