Job Overview:

We seek an accomplished Corporate Development Professional to play a pivotal role in advising clients on strategic transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and other deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end execution of M&A transactions, including origination, valuation, due diligence, negotiation, and closing.
  • Provide strategic guidance to clients on potential opportunities, corporate restructuring, divestitures, and capital raising.
  • Perform comprehensive financial modelling and valuation analysis.
  • Design deal structures that meet client objectives while maximizing value.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, investors, banks, legal advisors, and third-party advisors.
  • Monitor market trends, competitive dynamics, and industry developments to identify new opportunities for clients.
  • Manage and mentor junior team members, providing guidance on financial analysis, client presentations, and deal execution.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Finance or related field.
  • 8-12 years of experience in investment banking, M&A advisory, or private equity raises, with a strong track record of deal advisory experience.
