We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Development Leader to drive product development and strategy across our organization.

About the Role:

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive product roadmaps that align with business objectives and market needs, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to gather requirements, prioritize features, and ensure successful product launches.
  • Conduct in-depth market research and gather customer feedback to understand user needs and pain points, informing data-driven product decisions.
  • Create detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), outlining clear product vision and goals.
  • Lead the product development process from conception to launch, overseeing product quality, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Analyze product performance metrics post-launch to identify areas for improvement and inform future product strategies.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in product management within the B2C industry, with a proven track record of driving product growth and success.
  • Bachelor's degree in Technology (B.Tech) from a reputable institution or equivalent.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
