Job Overview

We're seeking a seasoned leader to helm our internal product analytics team. This key position demands expertise in harnessing data insights to inform strategic product decisions.

  • Oversee the development and implementation of product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs, track adoption metrics, and identify growth opportunities.
Main Responsibilities

This role entails:

  • Leading a high-performing product analytics team that drives actionable insights.
  • Partnering with product leaders to define success metrics and measure adoption.
  • Developing and implementing robust analytics infrastructure, including instrumentation, experimentation, reporting, and insights.
  • Designing and executing A/B tests, cohort analyses, and user segmentation strategies to inform product roadmap decisions.
  • Ensuring seamless collaboration with Data Engineering to maintain reliable data infrastructure.
  • Mentoring analysts to become strategic partners for product teams.
Requirements

To excel in this role, you'll need:

  • At least 8 years of experience in product/growth analytics, with 2+ years of people management experience.
  • Strong SQL skills and proficiency in tools like Looker, Tableau, or Amplitude.
  • Proven ability to drive product decisions through data-driven insights and experimentation.
  • In-depth knowledge of SaaS metrics and product-led growth principles.
  • Exceptional communication skills, enabling you to distill complex data into clear narratives.
