Senior Insights Strategist

We are seeking an experienced Senior Insights Strategist to lead our innovative Next Best Action (NBA) program, driving data-driven insights and tactical recommendations for field teams. The ideal candidate will oversee the maintenance and future evolution of NBA operations, working closely with global teams in India and leveraging finely tuned processes to drive continuous improvement.

Our Senior Insights Strategist will play a critical role in managing the global NBA Pre-Call Insights product backlog, prioritizing features and enhancements based on business value and strategic alignment. They will collaborate with stakeholders across markets to gather requirements and ensure the Pre-Call program meets diverse regional needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the global NBA Pre-Call Insights product backlog, prioritizing features and enhancements based on business value and strategic alignment.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across markets to gather requirements and ensure the Pre-Call program meets diverse regional needs.
  • Work closely with the development team in India to define user stories, acceptance criteria, and product specifications.
  • Oversee the maintenance of current NBA operations while driving innovation and evolution of the broader Pre-Call experience.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for NBA Pre-Call Insights-related queries and issues from global markets.
  • Analyze program performance metrics and user feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies across all markets.
  • Facilitate communication between technical teams, business stakeholders, and end-users to deliver best-in-industry features while driving deep adoption amongst field teams.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Total 15 years of experience, out of which 5 years of experience in product management or similar role, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of IQVIA and Veeva platforms, specifically related to NBA technologies.
  • Strong understanding of how sales representatives utilize NBA in their daily activities.
  • Experience working with global teams and managing cross-cultural communication.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Agile Scrum certification, e.g., CSPO, preferred.

Desired Skills:

  • Experience with data analytics and business intelligence tools.
  • Knowledge of machine learning and AI applications in pharmaceutical sales.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements in multiple pharmaceutical markets.
