Drive Business Insights

As a key member of our Digital organization, you will play a crucial role in driving strategy through data-driven insights and compelling storytelling. Your ability to communicate complex analyses to non-technical audiences will be invaluable in informing business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and present ad hoc analyses to support strategic initiatives
  • Communicate technical insights to diverse business stakeholders, ensuring actionable recommendations are provided
  • Utilize business intelligence tools, such as SQL, SAS, Excel, and Tableau, to measure KPIs, identify trends, and optimize revenue performance
  • Collaborate with digital product teams to derive insights and solve complex problems using tools like Quantum Metric and Adobe Analytics/Adobe Customer Journey Analytics
  • Design and implement strategic plans to boost revenues, reduce costs, and enhance business processes across multiple departments
  • Participate in cross-functional meetings to share critical findings and contribute to informed decision-making
  • Support regular, monthly, or ad hoc reporting to drive business outcomes

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
  • 6+ years of experience in Business, Marketing, Operations Research, Finance, or Economics
  • Proven track record as a tech lead, with expertise in mentorship, task planning, delegation, collaboration, and technical communication
  • Intellectual curiosity and proficiency in advanced visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
  • High attention to detail, solution-oriented mindset, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional presentation, communication, and storytelling skills
