We are seeking a senior product design leader to shape the future of our products.

Job Description

This senior manager will lead a diverse team in designing solutions for the workforce. They will collaborate with product and engineering partners and design teams to drive business growth.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing creative projects, leading AI product design initiatives, and bringing multiple teams together to drive alignment.

  • Define and oversee the creative direction of our products with an incredible sense of craft and attention to detail.
  • Proactively seek opportunities to drive marketplace growth and integrate with other business solutions.
  • Effectively communicate ideas and design rationale.
  • Create holistic design solutions that address business, brand, and user needs.

The senior manager will be responsible for managing, coaching, and providing feedback to support people in their growth and delivery of quality experiences.

They will develop a deep understanding of our dynamic product ecosystem and create meaningful experiences for our design team.
