Job Title: Digital Banking Expert

  • To leverage digital capabilities to deliver a seamless customer experience, addressing their banking queries and requirements through innovative channels.
  • Ambassador of digital solutions for walk-in customers in the assigned Smart Banking Lobby, driving adoption and enhancing profitability.
  • Strategic inclusion of High Net Worth (HNW) clients into premium programs, offering bespoke services to elevate relationship value and wallet share.
  • Single-point contact for all financial needs and services, fostering loyalty and retention.
  • Promoting cross-selling opportunities within the SBL catchment, enhancing portfolio size and revenue growth.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To develop and implement strategies for promoting digital products and services, migrating customers to digital platforms, and ensuring timely issue resolution.
  • Drive sales and revenue generation from the SBL catchment, focusing on non-portfolio customers and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, including Branch Banking Teams, Regional/Local Marketing Teams, Operations, Product Teams, Asset Teams, Treasury, Credit, Life/General and Health Insurance Partners, and AMCs.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared objectives, enhance customer satisfaction, and maintain high-quality service standards.

  • Break-even of the Smart Banking Lobby (SBL)
  • Monthly SBL targets
  • Portfolio growth
  • Sales/revenue generation from the SBL catchment
  • Cross-selling products to walk-in clients
  • Acquiring family accounts
  • Generating references for prospective portfolio clients
  • Maintaining optimal levels of Income Generating Product Group Holding (IPGH)
  • Product penetration and contribution towards focused products

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Advanced certification in financial services (e.g., AMFI, IRDA, NCFM)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven sales and influencing skills
  • Knowledge of banking products and processes
  • NRI product and regulatory knowledge
  • Planning and organizing skills
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills

Work Experience:

  • Minimum 2-6 years of experience in Portfolio Management or a related field
  • Exposure to portfolio management segment preferred
