Program Leadership Role

We seek a seasoned AI program manager to lead the execution of high-impact initiatives. This role will span Engineering, Product, Sales, Support, Compliance, and Technical Customer Success. The successful candidate will ensure the smooth delivery of intelligent AI solutions from scope definition to launch.

We are redefining the future of banking with AI. Our Generative AI-powered platform serves over 100 banks and credit unions, delivering hyper-personalized customer interactions. Our proprietary AI is designed for zero-shot learning, achieving 90%+ accuracy on Day 1.

  • Program Delivery: Own end-to-end program execution, including customer-facing AI/IVA solution implementations across multiple products and phases.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with Product on roadmap alignment, partner with Sales & TCSMs on adoption, coordinate with Support & Compliance to ensure secure and compliant delivery.
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as a bridge between customer stakeholders and internal teams; manage expectations, alignment, and communication plans.
  • Program Discipline: Apply risk management, change management, and scope management best practices to keep programs predictable and successful.
  • Execution Excellence: Drive technical projects through architecture reviews, sprint planning, milestone tracking, and post-launch retrospectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

7–10 years of program management experience, with a strong technical background. Proven experience managing end-to-end delivery of at least 3 complex, multi-phase projects. Familiarity with AI and enterprise platforms; experience in the banking/fintech domain preferred. Strong understanding of engineering processes (Agile, Dev Ops, SDLC) and ability to engage deeply with Product Managers and Engineers on technical challenges.
