Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end execution of complex customer programs, ensuring timelines, quality, and client satisfaction.
  • Manage and mentor program managers and technical leads.
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, and sales teams to align deliverables with requirements.
  • Oversee program governance, risk management, and stakeholder reporting.
  • Act as the main customer liaison for program execution.

Requirements

  • BTech, BE in Computer Science, Electronics, or related field (from a premier institute).
  • 5+ years in Technical Program Management plus hands-on software engineering background.
  • Strong grasp of software development processes, tools, and best practices.
  • Proven ability to manage multi-stakeholder, cross-functional programs.

Preferred

  • AI, ML or enterprise software product experience.
  • Exposure to Fortune 500, global enterprise clients.
  • Knowledge of Agile or hybrid program methodologies.
