About the Role

We're seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead high-impact, cross-functional initiatives and drive execution of intelligent AI solutions from scope definition to launch.

  • This role requires owning end-to-end program execution, including customer-facing AI/IVA solution implementations across multiple products and phases.
Your Key Responsibilities
  • Cross-functional leadership: Collaborate with Product on roadmap alignment, partner with Sales & TCSMs on adoption, coordinate with Support & Compliance to ensure secure and compliant delivery.
  • Stakeholder management: Act as a bridge between customer stakeholders and internal teams; manage expectations, alignment, and communication plans.
  • Program discipline: Apply risk management, change management, and scope management best practices to keep programs predictable and successful.
  • Execution excellence: Drive technical projects through architecture reviews, sprint planning, milestone tracking, and post-launch retrospectives.
  • Risk & compliance: Oversee approved actions and workarounds to mitigate risks; ensure adherence to security, PII protection, and audit requirements.
  • Global collaboration: Work effectively with offshore teams, global stakeholders, and across time zones.
  • Continuous improvement: Define KPIs, reporting dashboards, and metrics for project success; streamline processes and automate wherever possible.
You'll Need:
  • 7–10 years of program management experience, with a strong technical background (engineering, architecture, or development).
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end delivery of at least 3 complex, multi-phase projects.
  • Familiarity with AI and enterprise platforms; experience in the banking/fintech domain preferred.
  • Strong understanding of engineering processes (Agile, DevOps, SDLC) and ability to engage deeply with Product Managers and Engineers on technical challenges.
  • Demonstrated success working with offshore and global teams in distributed setups.
  • Hands-on experience with project management tools (JIRA, Smartsheet, Asana, etc.).
  • Project Management Certification (PMP or equivalent) preferred.
  • Experience defining and tracking program KPIs and metrics.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage executives, customers, and engineers effectively.
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, with excellent problem-solving ability.
