Senior AI Program Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Senior AI Program Manager to lead the execution of high-impact, cross-functional initiatives across Engineering, Product, Sales, Support, Compliance, and Technical Customer Success (TCSMs). This is a customer-facing and internally strategic role that requires strong technical background and leadership skills.
About The Role
As a Senior AI Program Manager, you will own the end-to-end program execution, including customer-facing AI/IVA solution implementations across multiple products and phases. You will collaborate with Product on roadmap alignment, partner with Sales & TCSMs on adoption, coordinate with Support & Compliance to ensure secure and compliant delivery. You will act as a bridge between customer stakeholders and internal teams, managing expectations, alignment, and communication plans.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Own end-to-end program execution, including customer-facing AI/IVA solution implementations across multiple products and phases.
* Collaborate with Product on roadmap alignment, partner with Sales & TCSMs on adoption, coordinate with Support & Compliance to ensure secure and compliant delivery.
* Act as a bridge between customer stakeholders and internal teams, managing expectations, alignment, and communication plans.
* Apply risk management, change management, and scope management best practices to keep programs predictable and successful.
* Drive technical projects through architecture reviews, sprint planning, milestone tracking, and post-launch retrospectives.
* Oversee approved actions and workarounds to mitigate risks, ensuring adherence to security, PII protection, and audit requirements.
* Work effectively with offshore teams, global stakeholders, and across time zones.
