Senior Program Manager for AI Technology

Lead the development and execution of AI technology programs, ensuring successful delivery of projects on schedule, within budget, and meeting key performance indicators.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop project plans, including resource allocation, risk management, and milestone tracking.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate organizational strategy into actionable programs.
  • Partner with product management, engineering, and software teams to ensure coordinated delivery.
  • Communicate regular status updates to senior leadership, covering milestones, metrics, risks, and staffing.
  • Manage risk mitigation efforts and communicate plans to stakeholders.
  • Organize and lead meetings to define milestones, allocate resources, and enforce program policies.
  • Oversee change control processes, development reviews, and compliance with procedures.
Requirements:
  • Strong passion for AI technology and its transformative potential.
  • Experience with full lifecycle software product integration and development.
  • Proven ability to lead complex, multi-disciplinary teams with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of influencing decisions across internal and external teams.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 4+ years of Program Management or related experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
  • 2+ years experience with program management tools (dashboards, Gantt charts).
  • 3+ years interacting with senior leadership (Director level and above).
  • 2+ years experience working in large matrixed organizations.
