Job Description

As a Senior Technical Program Manager, you will play a key role in executing high-impact, cross-functional initiatives that span Engineering, Product, Sales, Support, Compliance, and Technical Customer Success.

You will be responsible for owning the execution of programs, including customer-facing AI/IVA solution implementations across multiple products and phases. Your focus will be on driving alignment across technical teams, client stakeholders, and compliance standards.

This is a customer-facing and internally strategic role that requires excellent communication skills, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities. You will ensure the smooth delivery of our intelligent AI solutions from scope definition to launch, driving speed, safety, and customer delight.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 7–10 years of program management experience, with a strong technical background (engineering, architecture, or development)
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end delivery of at least 3 complex, multi-phase projects
  • Familiarity with AI and enterprise platforms; experience in the banking/fintech domain preferred
  • Strong understanding of engineering processes (Agile, DevOps, SDLC) and ability to engage deeply with Product Managers and Engineers on technical challenges
  • Demonstrated success working with offshore and global teams in distributed setups
  • Hands-on experience with project management tools (JIRA, Smartsheet, Asana, etc.)
  • Project Management Certification (PMP or equivalent) preferred
  • Experience defining and tracking program KPIs and metrics
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage executives, customers, and engineers effectively
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, with excellent problem-solving ability
