Recruitment Specialist

The Role

  • Key Objectives

Meet or exceed monthly hiring targets for regions and branches. Manage a pipeline of up to 100 candidates, converting 20+ hires to new starters per month.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage Inbound Applicants
    • Swift communication with candidates within 2 hours of accepting their offer, adhering to SLAs.
    • Support candidates in gathering correct documentation, processing references, DBSs, and Right to Work checks.
    • Ensure checks are completed correctly with no errors, ensuring new hires are fully compliant with regulations.
    • Arrange training sessions, liaise with trainers, and confirm dates.
    • Liaise with Branch Managers and Regional Directors for necessary Risk Assessments.
    • Send Contracts, complete Carer Sign Off forms, and co-sign team member's candidates.
    • Data entry and management of candidate files, Compliance Tracker, and Applicant Tracking System.
    • Escalate issues and blockages to Team Leaders in a timely manner.

Systems and Documentation:

  • Manage Compliance and Daily Trackers, updating all activity in real-time.
  • Use the ATS to record communication with candidates, ensuring they're moved to relevant status in real-time.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience as an administrator in HR or Recruitment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Organisational skills and ability to prioritise.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively across an organisation.

Work Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 17:30 pm GMT.
