Job Summary

This role is focused on maximizing the value of our wind turbine upgrades by ensuring their structural integrity and compatibility.

Main Responsibilities:

  • We re-evaluate existing and planned wind farms using internal tools to verify upgrade feasibility and structural soundness.
  • We assess site-specific wind conditions, apply mechanical load mitigation strategies, and conduct validation tests.
  • We support sales efforts by generating benefit calculations and driving implementation.
  • We collaborate with global service regions and after-sales teams to convince customers and stakeholders.
  • We aim to have a measurable impact on business performance and build a professional network within the company and industry.

Requirements:

  • A degree in engineering or a related field.
  • 5-10 years of experience in wind & site assessments or equivalent technical services.
  • Strong analytical skills, holistic approach, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-driven, focused, and pragmatic with excellent communication skills.
