Job Title: Senior Voice Communications Specialist

As a senior voice communications specialist, you will play a pivotal role in providing advanced technical support and troubleshooting for Cisco UCCE and UCCX solutions.

  • You must have hands-on experience with Cisco UCCE / UCCX / PCCE solutions and 3rd party call recording platforms.
  • A basic understanding of Cisco ICM/CCMP/CVP/CUIC and troubleshooting is essential.
  • Mastery of MACD creation knowledge in Cisco UCCE and IPT platforms is required.
  • A clear comprehension of VOIP protocols like SIP, H.323, and MGCP, as well as ITIL process, is vital.
  • Familiarity with Cisco Voice network deployment models and voice network devices is necessary.
  • Expertise in VOIP and Performance Management Tools, integration with other tools, and experience with telecom infrastructure protocols like ISDN and analog signalling are highly valued.
  • You should be prepared to work in a 24/7 business support environment.
  • Cisco Voice platform experience is preferred.
  • Work experience on CUCM/UCCE/UCCH/CVP platforms is advantageous.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are crucial.
  • You will be the point of contact for service delivery issues, pending work, and escalations.
  • You must be able to coordinate with Third Party Providers for problem resolution and OEMs for incident resolution.
  • Advanced remote/on-site troubleshooting, system design issues, upgrade plans, technical product documentation, upgradation, and site coordination are part of your responsibilities.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent team support and process improvement skills through individual contributions.

Maintenance and update of Knowledge Base and documentation, as well as initiation and implementation of process improvements, are expected.
