Job Title:
Tender Coordinator
Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Tender Coordinator to manage and coordinate the tendering process from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage GeM Portal by creating categories, uploading products, and tenders.
• Handle E-Tendering and respond to Requests for Proposal (RFPs) and Requests for Quotation (RFQs).
• Submit documents on various portals including GeM, Central Public Procurement Portal (CPP), Modified Single Application Forms (MP), Defence, and State Government portals.
Tender Preparation & Submission:
• Prepare and submit bids, bank guarantees, Fixed Deposit Receipts (FDRs), and Demand Drafts (DDs) as per tender requirements.
• Clarify bid conditions and ensure alignment with company requirements.
• Analyze tender documents, prepare comparative statements, and attend pre-bid meetings.
Vendor Registration & Coordination:
• Liaise with government departments for vendor registrations, approvals, and renewals.
• Follow up with vendors for timely deliveries and quotations.
Administrative Support:
• Prepare drawings using Coral Draw or Adobe Photoshop.
• Manage filing, calls, and administrative tasks including salary and attendance registers.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and communication in English and Hindi.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
• Proven experience with e-procurement and tendering.
• Strong organizational communication and computer skills.
• Experience liaising with government bodies is a plus.
