Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Customer Service Representative to support our sales team in attaining monthly and annual targets. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be well-organized, and have effective time management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Resolution of interdepartmental conflicts that often slow down sales progress
  • Proposal writing and ensuring quotations are made to satisfaction of the sales team
  • Ensuring on-time project completion for the sales team
  • Effective communication with new and existing clients
  • Resolving complex inquiries from customers with support from other departments

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience as a coordinator
  • Good command over Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication skill (written and verbal)
  • Well-organized and effective time management skills
  • Team player with strong follow-up mechanism
