Key Sales Position Overview:

The role of a Key Sales Professional involves driving sales growth and promoting networking solutions to potential clients in the assigned territory. This position requires identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and effectively presenting and selling networking products and services.

Core Responsibilities:
  • Sales Performance Management: Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) for networking products/services in the assigned region by developing and implementing strategic plans to drive sales growth and expand the customer base.
  • Client Acquisition & Development: Identify and generate leads for new business opportunities, prospect and approach potential clients in various sectors including corporate, educational institutions, government bodies, and more.
  • Relationship Building & Maintenance: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential clients by conducting regular follow-up meetings, addressing client queries and concerns to ensure satisfaction.
  • Product Knowledge & Market Research: Maintain an in-depth knowledge of networking products, services, and technologies, keeping up with industry trends and competitor offerings to ensure competitiveness.
  • Sales Presentations & Negotiations: Create compelling sales presentations and product demos tailored to client needs, negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with clients to close sales and secure profitable deals.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Market Intelligence & Feedback: Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, potential customers, and competitor activities, provide regular feedback to management on market conditions, customer preferences, and competitor insights.
  • Sales Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, prepare weekly and monthly sales reports and submit them to management.
