Senior Production Manager

Oversee the production process within a high-reliability electronic modules and custom hybrid integrated circuits environment, catering to space and defense customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Directly coordinate export sales to meet sales plan targets, ensuring adherence to quantity, quality, and delivery requirements.
- Develop short-term and medium-term strategic plans, including budgeting, to achieve company objectives in manufacturing operations.
- Calculate capacities and recommend line balancing strategies to optimize efficiency.
- Lead teams to achieve planned quality and quantity levels, fostering a culture of business excellence.
- Ensure personnel, material, and machine safety, providing support to new product development and production processes.
- Promote cost reduction initiatives, improved productivity, and effective resource utilization.
Required Skills:
- 15+ years of experience in electronics manufacturing, preferably in defense, space, and aerospace sectors.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with effective presentation and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to analyze complex situations and possess strong problem-solving skills.
- Experience in managing large teams consisting of senior engineers, technicians, and utility personnel.
