Senior Fashion Product Manager

As a seasoned professional in fashion merchandising, you will play a pivotal role in fostering relationships with designers and multi-designer stores, contributing to the growth and visibility of our brand portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and nurture relationships with existing designers and multi-designer stores to drive sales growth and maximize brand positioning.
  • Coordinate merchandise flow, product selection, and seasonal placements to meet business objectives.
  • Ensure timely deliveries, product visibility, and brand positioning across partner stores to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Develop strategic merchandising plans to drive sales growth for existing brands.
  • Track performance and provide actionable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Support marketing and promotional activities to strengthen brand recall and loyalty.
  • Identify and onboard new designers that align with our company's vision and values.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and agreements with new and existing partners to foster mutually beneficial collaborations.
  • Develop long-term partnerships that drive business growth and revenue.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in fashion merchandising or a related field.
  • Strong network and relationships within the fashion industry, particularly with designers and multi-designer stores.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical ability and a keen eye for fashion trends to inform business decisions.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
