Job Title: Senior Merchandiser

We are seeking an accomplished Merchandise Manager to oversee the entire order process, ensuring timely delivery and meeting client expectations.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  1. Manage all aspects of order fulfillment, from initial inquiries to final shipment.
  2. Identify and procure high-quality materials, components, and accessories.
  3. Collaborate with production teams to ensure efficient and timely production, monitoring progress and addressing any issues.
  4. Implement quality control measures throughout the production process.
  5. Maintain clear and effective communication with buyers, suppliers, and internal teams.
  6. Analyze costs and track expenses to identify cost-saving opportunities.
  7. Keep accurate records of orders, materials, production processes, and shipping details.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze data, identify problems, and develop solutions.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including negotiation and relationship-building.
  • Organization and Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in relevant software and understanding of leather manufacturing processes.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with different types of leather, manufacturing processes, and industry best practices.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and create reports.
