Job Title
A senior product manager is needed to spearhead the strategic direction of our product offerings, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive successful execution and innovation.

In this role, you will lead the development and execution of AI/ML products, define the product roadmap, strategy, and vision based on market trends, customer needs, and business goals. You will collaborate with engineering, design, data science, and marketing teams to drive product development, conduct market research, and manage the product lifecycle. Additionally, you will measure and evaluate product performances, communicate product vision, and drive data-driven decisions to optimize product features and user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of AI/ML products from concept to launch.
  • Define the product roadmap, strategy, and vision based on market trends, customer needs, and business goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, data science, and marketing to drive product development.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and enhance existing products.
  • Manage the product lifecycle, including planning, prioritization, and feature definition.
  • Measure and evaluate product performances, user behavior, and Customer Satisfaction using qualitative and quantitative methods.

Requirements:

  • 8-10 years of experience in the Product domain developing AI-based enterprise solutions.
  • Proven track record of leveraging AI/ML technologies to enhance product capabilities.
  • SUCCESSFUL DELIVERY OF INNOVATIVE SOLUTIONS IN A FAST-PACED AND DYNAMIC ENVIRONMENT.
  • Certification in Product Management (e.g., Pragmatic Marketing, Certified Scrum Product Owner).
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
