Talent Acquisition Leader

We are seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition expert to join our leadership team.

This role encompasses not only the end-to-end recruitment cycle but also strategic business partnership, HR operations, and compliance management. The ideal candidate will be an innovative thinker with strong expertise in talent attraction, retention, and development, who can drive high-performance culture through data-driven strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to meet business hiring needs across multiple functions and levels.
  • Partner with business leaders to anticipate talent needs and build proactive hiring pipelines.
  • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, assessments, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
  • Bulletin board use cases using social media campaigns, career fairs, referral programs, etc.
  • Monitor key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 6 years of progressive HR experience, with strong expertise in talent acquisition.
  • Prior experience in HR Business Partnering roles preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and statutory compliance.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple HR verticals and stakeholders.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in HR analytics & reporting.
